Yes. MatchID labels are designed to withstand regular use in sporting environments while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

Will MatchID affect the performance of my footwear?

No. MatchID labels are extremely lightweight and compact, designed to add personalization without affecting comfort, fit, or performance.

What colours are available?

Most MatchID designs are available in Black and White.

Flags and selected emoji designs are produced in full colour to accurately represent their original appearance.

What size are MatchID labels?

Sizes vary depending on the design. Exact dimensions are displayed on each product page.

Application

How do I apply my MatchID label?

Simply clean the application area, position the label, apply firm pressure for 10–15 seconds, wait approximately 60 seconds, and slowly remove the carrier film.

How long should I wait before using my shoes?

MatchID labels bond immediately, but we recommend allowing 1–2 hours for maximum adhesion.

Can MatchID labels be removed?

MatchID labels are designed for long-term use. Removal may leave adhesive residue and could damage the label.

Can MatchID labels be applied to any shoe?

MatchID labels work best on smooth leather and synthetic surfaces. We do not recommend applying them to knit, mesh, or heavily textured areas.

Can I apply MatchID labels to other items?

Yes. While designed primarily for footwear, MatchID labels can also be applied to many smooth, clean surfaces such as water bottles, equipment cases, phone cases, and sports accessories.

Customization

Can I add my own name?

Yes. Products within the Essentials Collection can be personalized with your chosen name.

Can I choose a flag together with my name?

Yes. Selected products allow you to combine a name with a national flag.

Can I request a custom design?

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout Bulgaria and across the European Union.

How long does production take?

All MatchID products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days before dispatch.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders within Bulgaria are shipped via Speedy. International orders may be shipped using Bulgarian Posts or other delivery partners.

Will I receive tracking information?
